How consent & privacy work
Governance is our credibility. Here's how we protect creators and buyers.
- Opt-in per creator, per asset type
Creators explicitly consent to image and/or video usage for ML training—separate from marketing campaigns.
- Withdrawal workflow
Creators can revoke consent at any time. Future dataset versions exclude withdrawn assets.
- Privacy protections
No personal identifiers in datasets. Face detection and license plate removal where applicable.
- Audit trail
Every asset includes: consent timestamp, consent version, dataset manifest, asset provenance, and allowed use scope.
Common questions
Is this scraped data?
No. All data comes from explicit opt-in consent from creators who actively choose to participate in the AI data program.
Can creators withdraw consent?
Yes. Creators can withdraw at any time. Future dataset versions will exclude removed assets.
Do you provide labels?
We provide structured metadata (breed, environment, etc.). Task-specific labels available on request or via annotation partners.
What formats and delivery options?
Dataset manifest with secure URLs. Enterprise delivery options (S3, Snowflake, Databricks) available on request.
How do you separate marketing from ML rights?
Marketing campaign rights and machine learning rights are separate consent flows. Creators explicitly opt-in for each.
