Where can the dog be off leash?
Kijkduin is a beach at The Hague where dogs can be off leash. In the swimming season the rules are often stricter. The signs on site decide.
In almost all of The Hague a dog may come along on a leash. Off leash is allowed in a designated area when the dog does not bother traffic, other visitors, or wildlife. Dogs are not allowed on playgrounds or on play and sun meadows. On the beach, off leash depends on the season.
From 15 May to 1 October, dogs are only allowed on marked parts of The Hague beach, and only at set times. Outside that period they can be off leash.
